Petronas Nears Deal to Invest in $31 Billion Canada Project
Petronas will purchase a 25% equity stake in Shell's proposed LNG Canada project. Petronas walked away from their LNG proposal, Pacific Northwest LNG, on Lelu Island in the Skeena Estuary last year. The LNG Canada project has still not reached a Final Investment Decision to move ahead.
