Central Credit Union outlines in her detailed analyis that Enbridge's proposal fails to identify the impact of building pipelines on the Canadian dollar and overstates the growth of royalties to government treasuries. She concludes that the Northern Gateway project "poses a threat" to Canada's "economic growth and long term development".
